What is your vision of the perfect wedding day? Honestly, it's something I never really pondered, unlike many others. It's not that I didn't yearn for marriage, but I simply hadn't taken the time to sit and contemplate what I truly desired for my special day. I felt like any idea I had might burden others. All I longed for was an intimate wedding, centered around my soon-to-be husband, with our cherished loved ones by our side as we exchanged our vows.

My mom always imparted the wisdom that there would be certain things I would regret not doing later in life, once I grew older. She stressed that if I didn't seize those opportunities while I had the chance, I would always look back with longing. She made it clear that it was essential to her to make my wedding day extraordinary. It wasn't until I matured that I truly understood the depth of her words.

I was genuinely grateful that she went above and beyond to make our day truly special, even though I didn't comprehend its significance at the time. It turned out to be an exquisitely beautiful occasion, surpassing all my expectations! As I entered the reception hall, my eyes lit up with delight, beholding the tremendous effort she had poured into making our day unforgettable. It's a memory I hold dear, vivid as if it happened yesterday. Yet, I do have one regret—I didn't hire an experienced photographer. And mind you, I'm not saying this because I happen to be one myself. It's actually the very reason I embarked on the path of becoming a photographer.

Now, I fully grasp the significance of having a seasoned photographer to capture the precious moments of your once-in-a-lifetime celebration. While our pictures still hold a certain beauty, many are marred by harsh shadows and blur. I've since made it my life's mission to master the ins and outs of photography, so I can create stunning images for people on their special day. I now understand precisely why our pictures didn't meet my expectations. Direct flash creates unflattering shadows, too low shutter speed results in blur, excessive ISO introduces grain, and insufficient lighting can undermine a photo, among other factors.
